Background[]
The Katana 4x4 is first seen in "A Rocky Start", where Pixal shows it and several other new vehicles off to the Ninja in the vehicle bay of the Monastery of Spinjitzu. Kai swiftly lays claim to it, and drives it out into the Desert of Doom in company with the Land Bounty and Rock Cycle.
Under construction
In "Would You Like to Enter Prime Empire?", Kai pilots the Katana 4x4 as the Ninja pursue the Mechanic, with most of the other Ninja riding on top of it. Curiously, in "Racer Seven" and "The Speedway Five-Billion", several virtual replicas of the vehicle are also seen being driven by the Ballistic Missiles, a team of Prime Empire NPCs.
Minifigures Included[]
Notes[]
- Kai and Nya both appear in 70677 Land Bounty, though Nya comes with a standard hood instead of her Forbidden Spinjitzu one. Kai also appears in 70672 Cole's Dirt Bike and 70674 Fire Fang (with a Forbidden Spinjitzu hood). Pyro Whipper was later released in 891954 Pyro Whipper with no shoulder armor, while Char and Pyro Slayer also appear in 70677.
