- The Lloyd minifigure is identical to the ones who appear in 70671 Lloyd's Journey-except with a hood instead of a wig and mask-and 70678 Castle of the Forsaken Emperor-except that one has an alternate hood and no shoulder armor. Apart from his Forbidden Spinjitzu hood, Zane is identical to his release in 70673 Shuricopter.
- General Vex is identical to his releases in 70673 and 70678; the latter also includes an identical Blizzard Archer and Swordsman. The Blizzard Warrior is identical to that seen in 70671 and 70684 Spinjitzu Slam - Kai vs. Samurai.
