7133 Bounty Hunter Pursuit is a 253 piece Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones set released in 2002. It contains a Coruscant airspeeder and Zam Wesell's airspeeder. It includes the Minifigures Obi-Wan Kenobi (Episode II, no cape), Anakin Skywalker (Episode II, no cape) and Zam Wessell, who is unique to this set.
Description[]
Zam Wesell's speeder is built with a green and orange colour scheme to represent the movie version. It is armed with two small guns on the inner sides of the wings. The cockpit can open and close. Behind the cockpit are several transparent curved pieces, made to look like the cockpit continues, but they are solid, and there is only a small gap underneath them, which a minifigure can not fit in.
The speeder that Anakin Skywalker flies is built out of yellow bricks. It has a cargo hatch at the back with an opening and closing lid, and an open engine on the front. It fits two minifigures; the one on the left is the pilot.
Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker both have blue lightsabers with silver handles; Zam Wessell has a black musket.
Background[]
Zam Wessell was hired by Jango Fett to assassinate Senator Amidala. When Zam Wessell sent some poisonous creatures to Padme's room, Anakin and Obi-Wan came to rescue her. Anakin killed the creatures while Obi-Wan jumped onto the droid that had left the creatures there. Anakin went and got the yellow speeder, while the droid flew off, with Obi-Wan hanging underneath. Zam Wessell shot the droid, making Obi-Wan fall towards the ground, but Anakin flew underneath, catching him. Anakin jumped out of the yellow speeder onto Zam Wessell's speeder, and it landed. Obi-Wan arrived in the yellow speeder and, together, they went into the building where Zam Wessell had fled.
Notes[]
- This is the first and only Star Wars set to include Zam Wessell.
- The speeders are based upon their yellow and green design in Attack of the Clones; colours which are uncommon elsewhere in the theme.
- The wings on Zam Wessell's ship can come off, just like in the movie.
- Both ships appeared in LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga, Anakin's ship as a playable vehicle, and Zam Wessell's ship as the boss.
