7160 Drop Ship is a LEGO Hero Factory set released in July 2010. It includes a drop ship and an unnamed hero.

Notes

The given description mentions this ship being designed to carry experienced heroes as well as rookies.
The ship is implied to be capable of dropping Hero Pods by way of a lever mechanism. Also, when this is triggered, the wings elevate.
The "Hero Pods" that the ship drops are actually canisters that the heroes are sold in.
This is so far the only set to include an opaque 1.0 Hero Core.
In the cartoon, the ship is a lot larger. The cockpit can fit 4 people.
It does not include a Hero Pod.
Similar to Star Wars drop ship.
The pilot is the only 1.0 hero to have his leg connected to his foot by ball and socket.
