7309 Rover is a Life on Mars set released in 2001.
Description[]
It contains one Assistant minifigure, and 28 pieces. The Rover is one of the smallest Life on Mars sets. It has four wheels, although interestingly they are not standard wheels but domes. It carries one large laser/scanner, which can be detached and used by the Assistant included. In the back is a small antenna and a grill-part. Overall, it is white and black.
The second page of the instructions shows the list of larger LoM sets, and the third page reveals the names of five of the aliens.
