79007 Battle at the Black Gate is a The Lord of the Rings set to be released in 2013.
Description
The set includes a black horse, a small tower and the black gate, which can open and close. It includes five minifigures. The Mouth of Sauron is currently exclusive to this set, as are the included variants of Gandalf and Aragorn. Also included are two Mordor Orcs. A Great Eagle figure is also present in the set.
Background
After Mordor's defeat at Minas Tirith, Aragorn lead an army of soldiers of Rohan and Gondor to the Black Gate to create a diversion, so Frodo can complete his task. When Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Gandalf, Pippin, Beregond, Éomer, and the army arrived at the gate, the Mouth of Sauron came out, trying to make them surrender.
