The latest innovation in high-speed racing, the Multi-Challenge Race Track was designed to really challenge the skills and strategy of drivers. Power sources concealed in the pits charge up the cars, but drivers have to decide how much energy they want at any one time. Do they wait for a full charge, and chance falling behind, or do they take a partial charge and risk running low in the final laps? But the track is more than its energy chargers. Engineers redesign it before every race, adding jumps and other obstacles. Attempts by drivers and crews to get a look at the layout before race day are strictly forbidden. As a result, drawing a race on the Multi-Challenge Track is considered the ultimate test of a Racer. |
