8519 Big Chill is one of the Ben 10 LEGO sets which were released in 2010. No minifigures were included.
Background
"In Ben 10 Alien Force, transforming into the intangible, ghost-like Big Chill gives Ben the ability to pass through objects, become invisible and drop the temperature to near absolute zero. Buildable by kids aged 5+. Based on popular Ben 10 Alien Force story where 15-year old Ben Tennyson discovers 10 different alien heroes on the omnitrix."
Notes
- Although it is said the body part is only one piece, the body consists out of two pre-built pieces which can be seperated.
