As the largest Slizer set, it contains 135 pieces that can be built into two models: a large robot, or a smaller robot riding a motorcycle. In either configuration, both of the robot's arms can throw discs.
Background[]
When a meteor struck the Slizer planet on New Year's Eve 2000, Millennium/Millennia is one of the new Slizers that emerged from the crater. His origins are unknown, as he is sometimes described separately from the three mutant Slizers, with whom he battles for supremacy;[1] in most other instances, he is grouped together with them as the leader of the new Slizer generation, attacking the surviving heroic Slizers from the previous generation.[2][3][4][5] In the final piece of the Throwbots theme's storyline, Millennia battles Blaster in the "Battle of the Big Bots". It is unknown who won the battle of the century, with LEGO leaving the victor up to the audience.[6]
Build and collect all 12!
Now you and your friends can build and collect 12 cool Throwbots. Their amazing spring action arms let you launch discs that fly high! Great for targer[sic] shooting contests or fast-flying battles. Launch yourself to victory! Millennia measures 7" tall. Also includes alternate instructions to build a motorcycle robot using the same pieces.
This is a description taken from LEGO Mania Magazine January-February 2000. Please do not modify it.
The futuristic Millenia[sic] transforms from a flying Throwbot into a rolling, throwing super cycle.
The Millennium Slizer and his bike are inseparable. He is the quickest thinker of the new Slizer generation, which makes him their natural leader. His two firing arms and his warp speed make him notorious throughout the Planet Slizer. Mission: to take over the entire planet. Equipment: two disc-throwing arms, spoiler-wings (to keep him on the road at warp speed), bike with special turbo-warp twin-engine (top speed unknown).
Notes[]
In LEGO Mania Magazine, Millennia is misspelled "Millenia".[2][6]
