8707 Boulder Blaster was a set released in January 2009 as part of the Power Miners line (being set number 7 in the series). Included are Rex and Glaciator Minifigures and two blue crystals are also included. It was a limited edition, released as a Toys "R" Us exclusive.

Notes

• Because the miner has a double-sided head, the knit cap included with this set does not cover up the face on the reverse side of the head.
• The preliminary pictures of the set show that it has two red crystals, but it actually has two blue crystals.^[source?]
