954 Sky Copter is an Expert Builder set released in 1978. The set includes a model helicopter with turning roters, which can also be rebuilt into a plane, windmill, and other various models.

Notes

Strangely, the vehicle has no windshield part on the front of the cockpit.
This is the US version of 852 Helicopter.
