Apache Chief is a 2017 minifigure that first appeared in The LEGO Batman Movie. He appeared in The LEGO Batman Movie hub world in LEGO Dimensions, and was physically released in 71020 The LEGO Batman Movie Series 2.
Background[]
Manitou Raven, AKA Apache Chief, is a Native American from the distant past (circa 1000 BC), who was recruited by the Atlantean sorceress Gamemnae into her League of Ancients, a team that fought a time-traveling Justice League, but Apache Chief discovered they were good guys when he witnessed Kyle Rayner's heroism, and then found out that Gamemnae wanted to turn Atlantis into a world-conquering empire. Apache Chief helped defeat Gamemnae and then travelled to present day with the Justice League, joining the team.
One of his mystic abilities is to become a giant when speaking the mantra "Inukchuk".

With his power to grow to many times his regular size, Apache Chief™ is able to take on some of the largest and toughest Super-Villains around. He’s a popular member of the Justice League and is always one of the first heroes invited to the group’s regular get-togethers. You’ll often find him in the party photo booth, getting pictures to add to his collection of souvenirs of fun times with his Super Friends!

- Apache Chief is a character introduced in the Super Friends cartoon for added diversity. Despite being an original character, a character named Manitou Raven appeared in later comics, and was extremely similar to the Apache Chief character.
