Arcturus is a Martian with a red suit. His skin appears to be different than the rest of the Martians. His skin is somewhat similar to Rigel, except that it is lighter in shade. He also has red eyes. He appears in Aero Tube Hangar, which is the Martians' base, with 4 other Martians - Vega, Cassiopeia, Rigel, and Mizar.
