Ashla is a Star Wars minifigure who appears in LEGO Star Wars: The Padawan Menace.

Description

Ashla's hands and face are red, and half of her face is white around her eyes. She wears pink robes, and has short tan legs. Ashla carries a blue lightsaber.

Background

A female Togruta from the planet Shili, Ashla was a female member of the Bear Clan, and trained under Jedi Masters Yoda and Depa Billaba for a time. She was present when Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi came to Yoda to seek information about a missing planet called Kamino. Like the rest of the clan, Ashla greeted Kenobi and laughed at some of Yoda's jokes. During her training, Ashla carried a blue lightsaber.

Trivia

• The name Ashla comes from an original draft name used by George Lucas for the light side of the Force, whereas the dark side of the Force was referred to as the Bogan. Both terms would later reenter usage in Star Wars Rebels, while Ashla would serve as an alias for another female Togruta character, Ahsoka Tano.
  • She is identical to Vaash Ti.
