Description[]

Babloo has unprinted dark green legs, a bright blue torso printed with a jacket, a yellow sash, and a white shirt. His arms and hands are both bright yellow, as is his head. His face features a cheerful expression, some black printed hair, and large black eyes. He wears a bright red turban, and is armed with a scimitar and a whip.

Background[]

Babloo is a native of India, where he helps Johnny Thunder and his friends on their Orient Expedition after they rescue him from Lord Sam Sinister and Maharaja Lallu. In exchange for retrieving the Sunstone in order to save his village, Babloo gives them a ride to the Scorpion Palace. He has the talent of talking to animals, including his monkey Pampa and his elephants Giri and Chaiku.

In Johnny Thunder: The Search for the Jungle Diamond, Babloo and his monkey Saidu receive help from Johnny Thunder as they search the jungle for a magical diamond. Their perilous journey involves navigating the traps of Tygurah.
