Baron Wolfgang Von Strucker is a Marvel Super Heroes character released in 2015.
Background
A powerful HYDRA officer, Baron Strucker has distanced himself from the once widespread subversive organization, preferring to use his substantial resources to conduct research in seclusion. With an army of loyal followers and access to advanced alien technology, Strucker is a truly formidable force to be reckoned with.

Baron von Strucker is the current leader of HYDRA (replacing the deceased or otherwise absent Red Skull) and an enemy of Captain America, Nick Fury and the Avengers.
Marvel Cinematic Universe
Strucker intends to use Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch against the Avengers. However, when the Avengers actually attack the HYDRA facility, he decides to surrender while hypocritically telling his henchmen to not surrender. The twins leave Strucker instead of surrendering with him.
