Barranca was one of Indiana Jones' guides in the Peruvian jungle. Although he was seen attempting to kill Indiana Jones, before being killed by the Hovitos in the actual Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark film, Barranca was scared away by bats in the plot of LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures. He is playable in portable versions of LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues. His body is similar to that of Satipo.
