Billy Starbeam is a Galaxy Squad minifigure released in 2012.
Description
Billy Starbeam has red legs, a red waist, red arms, a light-grey torso, and black hand pieces. He feature several printings on his legs, waist and torso which depicts an armoured uniform, and a small red Squadron's insignia on the left side of his chest. He has a yellow head, which is double-sided.
