Black Hand is a DC Comics minifigure who appears in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.
Background[]
William Hand was the black sheep of a family of morticians in Coast City. He was a criminal who, one day, was attacked by Atrocitus. Saved by the Green Lanterns Hal Jordan and Sinestro, he made off with Atrocitus' Cosmic Divining Rod, a device that allows him to absorb and re-use many forms of energy, like the one from the Green Lanterns' rings.
However, Black Hand eventually learned that he had power beyond the Divining Rod: Hand held a direct connection to death itself and after killing himself and his family, turned into a brand-new kind of Lantern--the Black Lantern, the worst of them all. Now wielding a ring that feeds on death, he can command the undead as his own Black Lantern army to plunge the universe in total darkness.

- His face is very similar to the Zombie Driver or Zombie Groom from Monster Fighters.
- Despite being called Black Hand, his hands are blue.
