Maybe he is in the set but just not in the shown part because we don't know how much of the set is cut off.

I still don't get it. Why are Fili and Kili in there? I mean, they're back in Lake-Town during that part of the movie. If they make a Lonely Mountain set, put Thorin in there! I mean, he is the King under the Mountain!

I'm not postitve, but I'm thinking that the more important dwarves, if not all of them will be rereleased.

I figured that, but Thorin would be a better minifig to have in there then Fili or Kili if you wanted to be correct to the movie.
