This page is for proposing articles for promotion to Class 2 status. In Brickipedia, completeness, or Class 2, is the minimum quality level that every article should eventually reach. Only the members of the Quality Check Group are allowed to grant completeness status to articles without any consultation. However, every user is allowed to nominate an article on this page. It will then be reviewed by a check group member who either approves or rejects the proposal.

Requirements

Complete articles must...

  1. ...comply with the manual of style completely.
  2. ...have their infoboxes filled out as best as possible.
  3. ...have a small lead section that describes the basic infos of the subject like release year, theme, rough overview of the content.
  4. ...have a paragraph that describes the subject in greater detail (only if necessary; small sets that contain just small simple models may not need such a section).
  5. ...have an external links section (sets only)/appearances section (minifigures only)/a complete set list (themes only).
  6. ...must not be tagged with any maintenance templates such as {{redbricks}} or {{brickify}}.
How to nominate:
  1. First, nominate an article you find is worthy of Class 2 status, putting it at the bottom of the list below; see criteria above.
  2. A member of the Quality Check Group will then review the article for completeness and either approve ({{Done}}, 600px-Yes check.svg) or reject ({{Not Done}}, X mark) it, supplying reasons for doing so and ways to improve the article (errors, style, organization, images, notability, sources).
  3. The nomination will be removed three days after being reviewed, giving the nominator enough time to see the verdict. In case of rejection he may nominate the article once again after the reason for rejection has been addressed.

  • Ok, sorted it out, that appearance in 4181 threw me a bit. 4528605 is an Element ID (ie, refers to mould and colour), corresponding to Design ID 3069b (refers to mould only). I get very confused about this, but we keep articles on Design IDs here, and redirect the element IDs to the design ID page. This excludes parts with special printing on them. I am a little confused about the part IDs, but what you did with the redirect seemed like the right answer as the gold brick was just a variation of the original flat 2-by-1.

  • For such a large set, I'd only give 7153 a c3. As well as just the short l*****, It's missing a lot of content about the features (sonic mines, rotating cockpit, how the quad cannons fold out, etc). I don't really know how to rate combiner sets though. NightblazeSaber 04:34, July 30, 2012 (UTC)

      • I did a very quick addition, but I've got to go inactive for a while so I won't be able to do much more for some time. I did change the rating to 2c, and added a WIP in both our names, hope that's ok with you. The instructions link on the page is helpful even if you scroll through it quickly, you can see the features the ship has which I haven't added in (cockpit with room for two, rotating wings and cockpit, storage for pistols, thing about the missiles, which I've always thought of as a hyperdrive, don't think there's a whole lot else) NightblazeSaber 04:58, July 30, 2012 (UTC)
