I've given the article some work, and I'd say that it could be considered class 3 now since it has a full description, filled-out infobox, is MoS compliant, and even has a bit of background. --Berrybrick ^(Talk) 20:57, September 6, 2012 (UTC)
Not sure if anything more can be added but I'd support a downgrade to C3 for now.
