Brickipedia's user rights request is the page where users can be nominated for special rights, including becoming an administrator, bureaucrat or chat moderator.
To prevent excessive nominations, there is an edit and time requirement to be nominated for each right. If a user requests rights but does not meet these requirements, the nomination will be considered invalid. If a user has more than one account, the edits on the other account(s) do not count towards their edit count.
Please note that if you become inactive, you will be demoted. You will receive notice of this one month prior to demotion.
Also, please note that in order to be a Chat/Discussions Moderator, you must regularly communicate on Discussions and/or the Discord server.
