Camilla was a Pirates character introduced in 1989. Although initially exclusive to non-physical media, including 6255 Pirate Comic, radio dramas, and 4850307 LEGO Battles, she eventually made her debut as a physical minifigure in 2025 with LEGO Ideas.[1]

Description[]

In 6255 Pirate Comic, Camilla is portrayed as a young girl wearing a yellow dress with a red sash bow, a yellow pearl necklace, and two red bows in her hair. Depending on the page, she is either illustrated with blonde hair or orange hair.

In 4850307 LEGO Battles, Camilla is portrayed as a minifigure for the first time. She wears a long white dress, represented with a 2x2x2 slope brick in lieu of minifigure legs. Her dress is decorated with blue sparkles, laces, and ribbons. She has long reddish brown Princess Hair, which is her only difference from the physical Admiral's Daughter minifigure.

Camilla's first physical minifigure in LEGO Ideas seems to age her up to an adult to match Bo'sun Will in the same set.[1] She wears a brick yellow naval frock with white pants and warm gold epaulets, but still wears red bows to evoke her original comic appearance. Her face is printed with freckles on her cheeks and dual facial expressions, one with both eyes open and one with her squinting with one eye. Her new hair style is represented with a cool yellow Mini Wig, No. 368.

Background[]

Camilla and her aunt, Prudence, lived in Port Royal's palace with her uncle, Governor Broadside. She was kindhearted and had a crush on Captain Redbeard's boatswain, Bo'sun Will. She became involved in their adventures on a few occasions.[2]

Camilla is a playable character in 4850307 LEGO Battles. She only appears in the "Imperial Final" cutscene at the end of the Imperial Story campaign. Camilla and Broadside look down upon the defeated pirates buried in the sand, and then she runs away after the Oarsman winks at her. She is then unlocked for purchase as the imperials' female Hero unit for Free Play mode. Camilla's stats are 3 strength, 1000 life, 500 bricks, and 3 speed, and her Magic Spells are Area Damage Boost, Area Armor Boost, Jungle Growth, and Artillery.

Notes[]

  • In the 1990 audio dramas, Camilla is voiced by Kerstin Draeger.
  • In LEGO Battles, the Admiral's Daughter's appearance is used for Camilla while Governor Tierney's appearance is used for Broadside. This seems to be reflected by promotional artwork of Camilla for LEGO Ideas, which refers to her as an admiral's daughter.[1]
