Captain Ember^[1] is a City Police minifigure introduced in 2017.

Description[]

Captain Ember wears a light royal blue shirt with breast pockets, a dark blue necktie, a silver walkie-talkie, a gold police badge, and a brown belt. He also has earth blue pants and Hat No. 18 "No. 1". His face is printed with a grinning facial expression, crows' feet, and a black beard.

Background[]

Captain Ember is a police captain in LEGO City, overseeing the Police Station and Air Base. He pursues crooks such as Joe Frankfurter. Captain Ember frequently appears as a minor recurring character in the LEGO City police mini-movies.

In The Breakout Bunch, Captain Ember, Grace Makepiece, Chase McCain, and another police officer leave the Police Station at 12:00 PM and head out for lunch. They do not recognize the crooks disguised as electricians. Afterward, when the crooks land in front of the Pizza Van, Ember and the other police officers immediately take out handcuffs and arrest the crooks.

In Getaway Goons, Captain Ember monitors the crooks' getaway on screen and tells his police officers to work together to capture them.

In When Ravens Crow, Captain Ember operates under the callsign "Chief Goose" and works with a Police Officer while monitoring the Ravens gang's criminal activities from aboard the police plane. After the Ravens are arrested, Ember views the destruction left behind, and he vows to rebuild LEGO City bigger, better, and funnier.
