Captain Jack Harkness is a minifigure who appears in LEGO Dimensions. He first appeared in the revised Doctor Who series before going on to star in the spin-off Torchwood.
Background[]
Captain Jack Harkness met The Doctor and his companion Rose during World War 2 in the Blitz when he was posing as an American volunteer in the Royal Air Force. He was a former Time Agent from the 51st century. He left the Time Agency after they stole two years of his memories and became a con man, before becoming a companion of the Ninth Doctor. He was exterminated by the Daleks, but Rose Tyler bought him back to life after absorbing the Time Vortex, and accidentally made him immortal.
Jack traveled back in time to wait for The Doctor, who had left him behind. During this time, he became the head of Torchwood, before helping The Doctor save the world from The Master.
Later, Jack, along with his Torchwood team and many of The Doctor's other companions, helped The Doctor stop Davros and the Daleks destroying the Universe.

- His minifigure appearance recycles Merlyn's head and hair piece due to the fact that both characters were portrayed by the same actor.
- His TV actor, John Barrowman, voiced the part in Lego Dimensions.
