Charlotte Hannon (known as Jade Crosby in the remastered version) is one of the characters in the video game LEGO City Undercover.
Description[]
Charlotte Hannon wears a black fire uniform, and her torso is textured with an orange badge, yellow-and-silver reflective stripes, and a dark grey radio. She has pink eyeliner and lipstick, along with feminine eyelashes. Her hair is a reddish brown Mini Wig No. 4.
Background[]
Charlotte Hannon is a LEGO City firefighter who works at the fire department. She attends Cornelius Burns's 40th birthday party, but spends most of her time in the office doing paperwork. She mentions that she once tried to sneak into Burns's office by jumping across the light fixtures, but was unable to make the final jump.
Charlotte Hannon can be unlocked as a playable character by running on a treadmill in "Hot Property". As with other firefighters, she is able to use a fire extinguisher to put out fires or fill water; use an axe to cut down boarded-up doors; and use fish to rescue lost cats.

Notes[]
- Although Charlotte Hannon does not match any physically released minifigures, a similar female Forest Firefighter with the same hairstyle appears in 4428 City Advent Calendar 2012.
- This minifigure is named after people who were involved in LEGO City Undercover's development. In the original Wii U release, Charlotte Hannon is credited under "Special Thanks". In the 2017 remastered version, Jade Crosby worked on Environmental Art; since Hannon is no longer credited in the remastered version, this may be the reason why the character was renamed.
