A Circus Clown is a collectable minifigure in the Collectable Minifigures theme. He comes with many unique parts and features. He has large red bobble hair, which is similarly used for the Disco Dude in series 2, in black. His face shows white make up around his mouth and a red nose. His torso is made of lime green plastic with printing showing prominent buttons and a bowtie. His trousers are made of two colours, light blue and red. There are patches of the opposite colour on each leg. He comes with a golden horn. He doesn't say anything at all, he just goes "Honk honk!" on his nose or horn. He is the main mascot of 8683 Minifigures Series 1.

Animation
The Clown is surrounded by a group of minifigures juggling their accessories. Eventually the clown loses his balance and all the accessories fly around on to the wrong minifigure. The group of minifigures then run after him while the clown is running off with his horn.
