The Comic-Con Exclusive Batman Giveaway is a promotional Super Heroes set released in 2011. 1500 copies of it were given away to lucky raffle winners at the San Diego Comic-Con 2011. It contains an exclusive pre-release Batman minifigure, and a card (with an attached brick) that gives you information on the Super Heroes Super Challenge Contest.
Description[]
- The Card
The front of the card is made to look like a newspaper, and features a Batman minifigure mounted in a yellow brick, attached to it. At the top of the front side, there is a "headline", and the "newspaper's" logo, and at the bottom are the logos of the convention, DC Universe Super Heroes, and LEGO.
On the back of the card there is another paragraph of text, and an image of Batman in action.
- The Minifigure
Batman uses a Black Bat-like Cowl and Five Pointed Cape. Batman's new head is slightly different, with more of a scowling mouth. The eyes and headband are virtually the same as previous variations. Batman's torso, arms, hands, and legs are all black with printing on both the front and back of the torso, which is an updated print of the 2008 Film Suit Torso. His utility belt is still Warm Gold, but is now much more detailed than the previous variation. The armoured printing on the torso is also much more rounded than that of the previous variation.
