Commander Fil is a playable character in LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, based upon the clone trooper of the same name from the Star Wars universe.

Description[]

Commander Fil has plain white legs with a black hip joint, with a white torso that features the standard The Clone Wars Clone Trooper torso printing design. However, Fil has additional red markings around the bottom of the chest plate, and the belt is also coloured in red. Fil's back printing again has the standard Clone Trooper pattern, but the belt is shaded in red, continued from the front, as is the thermal detonator printed just above the belt. Horizontal curved lines are also present to each of the back plate. The arms of the torso are red with black hands. Fil's helmet has the normal black visor design printing on it, with red markings around the visor, as well as markings on the front of the helmet's crest and also two stripes running down the helmet (one on each side of the centre). In the game, Fil comes armed with a blaster, wears a black pauldron, and at times also wears a rangefinder, which gives him the ability to command other clones in ground battles or during specific points in certain story missions. Fil's other abilities include being able to fire his blaster, throw an EMP grenade, perform a single-jump, grapple, and place bombs in areas designated for Clone Troopers.

Background[]

CC-3714, nicknamed Fil was a clone trooper commander. He led a small squad of clones with Jedi Master Kit Fisto and Jedi Knight Nahdar Vebb to General Grievous's lair. His whole squad was killed when they met up with various traps set in the hideout. Fil was the last clone killed, by Grievous' pet roggwart, Gor.
