The Criminal is a Spider-Man minifigure. He was thought to have killed Peter Parker's Uncle Ben in the first Spider-Man movie, but in reality Sandman did. He tripped and fell off a building while fighting Spider-Man. He appears in the Spider-Man set 4850 Spider-Man's First Chase.
