Codename: Kids Next Door is a theme based on the cartoon of the same name. It follows the adventures of a global organization made up of Kids from the ages 5 to 13 dedicated to fighting adult tyranny, called the Kids Next Door, specifically a grouping called "Sector V," consisting of Numbuh 1 (Nigel Uno, The Leader), Numbuh 2 (Hoagie P. Gilligan Junior, The Inventor), Numbuh 3 (Kuki Sanban, The Airhead), Numbuh 4 (Wallabee "Wally" Beatles, All-Brawn-No-Brains), and Numbuh 5 (Abigail "Abby" Lincoln, The Level-Headed Cool Girl). Each operative has a codename, which consists of the made-up word "Numbuh" and a number of the operative's choice. The KND fight evil adults using huge tree-houses, powered by 100 hamsters, as bases, and highly improvised gadgets and weaponry, referred to as "2x4 technology." The most important KND base is the Moonbase. The KND's main enemies are the evil Father and his spoiled children, the Delightful Children From Down The Lane.
