Party System and Online Multiplayer

To mimic the large groups of characters that players could summon in the first LEGO Dimensions game, this game will have a brand new party system that allows players to have up to seven characters spawned in at once. On top of this, LEGO Dimensions 2 is also the first LEGO game to have free play mode available from the start. This is also done to replicate the first game. It will also be one of the only LEGO games to have online multiplayer as an option using the same player count as the party system.
