LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 3 is a sequel to LEGO Marvel Super Heroes and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2.

Plot

The plot begins with a scene of the X-Men, talking about the disappearance of the Avengers and other super heroes. While they're talking about this however, a villain interrupts them off-screen, talking to all heroes, about how he's going to transport them all to his 'Battleworld'. This kicks off the whole plot. The Beyonder, the main villain, transports everyone (the Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four, etc.) to his Battleworld, where they must fight great villains.
