Sniper aka Lieutant William Bill Hawkins, is a british sniper from Commandos Strike Force.
Background[]
He was born in London, England. When he was kid, his family was poor. When he was young, he loved to shoot and use sniper rifles. He went to military during the World War II, where they saw he is a great shooter. Then he joined Strike Force team, with codename Sniper.
