The DUPLO Aliens are giant creatures that appear in The LEGO Movie and The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part. They are mainly built out of DUPLO pieces and come from the planet DUPLO. The Lead DUPLO Alien is voiced by Graham Miller.

The LEGO Movie[]
They appear at the end of The LEGO Movie after Finn's father, "The Man Upstairs", states that Finn's little sister will be allowed to play with the LEGO as well. They are beamed down from a ship into Bricksburg and announce their intentions to invade.
The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part[]
Continuing after the events of The LEGO Movie, Emmet attempts to make peace with the aliens by offering them a brick-built heart as a gift, but they eat the heart, send the pieces to their ship, and greedily demand for more bricks. The Master Builders try to stop them by fighting them, but they are shown to be immune to their attacks. They leave Bricksburg with the bricks they have collected, but they regularly return to collect more, undoing the citizens' progress of rebuilding the city in the process.
The aliens are later seen in the Systar System, where some are working in the DUPLO Brickyard, where all of the collected bricks from Bricksburg were taken to, to deliver bricks to the forge to prepare for Queen Watevra Wa'Nabi's wedding.
