Dollar Bill is a henchman of the evil Dr. Inferno. He has a green hairpiece, a yellow headpiece depicting a greedy expression (which is the same face as the Henchman apart from the diamond), a mustache, and his left eye is composed of a diamond. He wears a black suit with an Inferno badge on the left side and a pocket filled with dollar bills on the right side, and has white hand pieces, showing he is wearing white gloves. It is clear from his general demeanor that he is obsessed with money. Dr. Inferno thought he would be perfect to steal some money from a local bank, so he sent him along with Dyna-Mite to do the job. He was captured by agents.

He appears in only one set: River Heist. He carries a golden gun and works alongside Dyna-Mite.

Notes

His name is a take-off of the American dollar bill.
He has the same hair as the Joker from the DC Universe Super Heroes line.
His obsession with money seems to be inspired by the character "Auric Goldfinger" from the James Bond film "Goldfinger".[1]
