Dollar Bill is a henchman of the evil Dr. Inferno. He has a green hairpiece, a yellow headpiece depicting a greedy expression (which is the same face as the Henchman apart from the diamond), a mustache, and his right eye is composed of a diamond. He wears a black suit with an Inferno badge on the left side and a pocket filled with dollar bills on the right side and has white hand pieces, showing he is wearing white gloves. It is clear that he is obssessed with money.
