Dr. Ogel,[1] also known as Sergeant Flaky,[2] is a City Space minifigure introduced in 2019.
Description[]
Dr. Ogel wears a bright blue crewmember's uniform; his torso is printed with a jumpsuit bearing the logo of a satellite and the Space subtheme's emblem, while the legs are unprinted. He has a smiling face with a dark grey beard and one slightly raised eyebrow, and his hair is a dark stone grey Anakin Wig.
In LEGO City Spaced out, Sergeant Flaky is also depicted wearing a bright orange spacesuit when aboard the Mars Research Shuttle, or a white spacesuit while outside the shuttle.

Dr. Ogel is a crewmember working aboard the Lunar Space Station. As a scientist, he communicates via a video screen chat with the station's lab module, where geodes are studied. The set's official images also show Dr. Ogel cooking pizza in the kitchen module's oven, and running on the treadmill in the living module.
In LEGO City Spaced out, Sergeant Flaky is the sergeant of the Mars One research team. He is shown to have a nervous personality and is quick to panic. He has a friendly competition with Lieutenant Brainy as they retrieve geodes on Mars using drones and rovers. He designs a robot for extreme cold polar temperatures, and is horrified when Captain Courageous instead sends the robot into the Olympus Mons volcano. After the eruption of Olympus Mons destroys the Lunar Space Station, they return to Earth in the Mars Research Shuttle, slingshotting around Jupiter when Flaky's oxygen tank prematurely pops. They crash-land in downtown LEGO City, where their shuttle comes to a stop at the Donut Shop.

- Dr. Ogel's name is LEGO spelled backwards. Unlike previous instances of the word "Ogel", such as Ogel Island or Evil Ogel, there does not appear to be any story significance behind the meaning of Dr. Ogel's name.
