Elros was an elf of Thranduil’s kingdom, and during the time of a feast, got drunk with another elf, Galion, allowing Bilbo Baggins a chance to free his dwarves companions from Thranduil’s cells by smuggling them out in barrels.

- The character from the video game is based on the guard from 'The Desolation of Smaug' , but shares the name of Elrond's brother, who is not in The Hobbit.

- Some forums thought the Mirkwood Elf Chief in 79004 Barrel Escape was Elros, but after LEGO The Hobbit: The Video Game was released, Elros and Mirkwood Elf Chief were 2 different characters.
