Bullseye is Woody's horse from the Toy Story theme. In the films, Bullseye often acts more like a dog than he does a horse, even whimpering several times in Toy Story 2 and 3. Woody often tells Bullseye to, "Ride like the wind, Bullseye!"

Description[]

Bullseye’s unique mould has not appeared anywhere else. He is brown, with a uniquely moulded head possessing a cheerful expression, poseable legs, and a spiky mane and tail.

Background[]

Toy Story 2[]

Bullseye was one of the three vintage dolls that Woody met after a collector stole him. Unlike the other characters, his past was unknown and he had no dialogue (though he did in an early draft of the script). He was quite affectionate towards Woody, being happy and eager when they met and banded together while being unhappy when Woody briefly considered returning home without him. He helped Woody and Buzz recollect Jessie from an airplane about to take off and they joined Woody and Buzz in their return to Andy’s house, where Andy noticed them and happily accepted them with the rest of his playthings; Andy inscribed each letter of his name on Bullseye’s hooves, similarly to as he did for Woody, Buzz, and Jessie.

Toy Story 3[]

Bulleye was featured in Andy’s imagination along with his other playthings, but they all became neglected over the years. He tried to stay with Woody, but Woody insisted that he stay with the other playthings, disappointing him. He had an unpleasant experience at Sunnyside Daycare, and was almost destroyed at a city dump, but eventually they returned home and Andy donated them to a gentle girl named Bonnie Anderson.

Toy Story 4[]

Bulleye helped Bonnie’s other playthings rescue Woody from an antique store, but they were unwilling to risk further damage in helping Woody rescue Forky too, so they returned to Bonnie’s RV without Woody. Eventually they met again at the carnival, but Woody, being forgotten by his owner, chose to stay with Bo Peep at the carnival, while Bulleye sadly chose to stay with the rest of Bonnie’s playthings.

Notes[]

  • In the 7594 Woody's Roundup! instruction booklets, it says to place a two by two brick inside the holes where the minifigure may stand on.
