The Headless Horseman, or Elwood Crane, was a criminal in Scooby-Doo, released in 2015.

Description[]

The head is completely black with printing on one side depicting a mans face with goggles. A pumpkin piece is put over the head to hide the face. The legs and torso are blue in color with the torso printing including purple printing to represent the front of the cloak.

Background[]

Elwood Crane is a gruff, embittered man who took his business failure hard and became angry and greedy enough to steal from his own family to make up for his own losses. He disguised himself as the Headless Horseman to convince his aunt to give him her diamond necklace, then make it appear as if the Headless Horseman had captured him and stolen his head. With the necklace, he could leave the country. As it turned out, his company had gone under and that was the reason he performed the crime.
