Alright, after King of Nyrah's blog on LotR rumors came up, Cligra and I recognized the list of sets to be the same as that of Bubbubbub's blogs from the beginning of the year. Remember those pieces of speculation and how angry they made most everyone? Well, Cligra deleted them. I understand why perfectly well, even though I never heard the actual reason, but those of us who view Eurobricks have probably realized that they have spread to the point where some people take them as legit rumors (if there is such thing). So, if these blogs are a breeding ground for nasty rumors, why on earth would I possibly want it back? Well, I remember in his second forecast that Lego lord came to the conclusion that the rubbish was PID's speculation and what he'd like to see. Most people didn't think so, and continued to ridicule him until he admitted it in the comments. I am certain that that if we could link to that comment, we could help to set straight those who are taking these rumors for legit ones (such as the ones from SmashingBricks and JediNews which often turn to be true). What do you think, Should we restore these blogs? --Berrybrick (Talk) 19:52, October 1, 2011 (UTC)
Nope. If the blogs are untouched and created for the purpose of disruption only, why keep it? -NBP 20:11, October 1, 2011 (UTC)
Meh - I find it hard to care about the subject. - Kingcjc 20:42, October 1, 2011 (UTC)
Maybe we could get a bot to go around all user blogs and at the top put a template in that says something along the lines of "This is a user blog and does not reflect the opinions of the community. Treat any information posted here with caution"? NightblazeSaber 06:04, October 2, 2011 (UTC)
Sounds nice -- Sir Penguin! 07:35, October 2, 2011 (UTC)
Egh, I so regret posting that blog. I didn't know the rumours came from here, or him. - 15:42, October 2, 2011 (UTC)
Keep - PID didn't make the blogs for the purpose of disruption. We don't delete things simply because other people believe everything they see. Honestly, though, PID is basically gone; we have better things to do than beat a dead horse. FB100Z • talk • contribs 16:50, October 2, 2011 (UTC)
Delete! If people are treating them as legitimate rumours, it would really be much simpler if they were deleted. -CligraJoin the redlink war!
Neutral, both people have valid pointsJag 00:37, October 4, 2011 (UTC)
