Consistency in articles

Many articles lack of constency with others, such as the headers within articles for example. The headers like "Minifigures included" sometimes have a capitalized "included", but other times they have it lowercased. Sometimes we capitalize the second word in colour names such as "Bright green" to "Bright Green", all I've been wanting for a while is consistency. Please share your thoughts. Its only natural that with different people editing, plus a bot going round, that things will be different :) ---It's a Kind of Madness--- Kingcjc 23:08, February 12, 2011 (UTC)
For colours, I'm pretty sure they should be exactly what they are on the Colour Palette, for the "included", I think it should be standardised, I don't really have a strong opinion either way. NightblazeSaber 23:23, February 13, 2011 (UTC)
"included" should be lowercased, as per the MoS. It looks like most people think it's a mistake in the manual.  Samdo994 talk contribs  17:54, February 14, 2011 (UTC)
That's what I used to think...a header in a wiki is akin to a chapter title in a book (albeit shortened), and by the same rules it should be capitalized. But it's not.
