Hello everyone. It is with great pain that I do this, but this user has gone way too far. His recent blog was actually what made me think that this was the time for this thread. While he sees himself as the guardian of justice, the plain truth is that he is only causing drama and needless conflict by over-enforcing guidelines to the point of driving new users off of the wiki. His consistent bad attitude and the occasional boughts of trolling are just not what I expect to see coming from an administrator here. Anyways, let's go into all of the stuff that he has done wrong since becoming an admin here. Please add more if you think of them.

It started off after the underaged users forum ended. Skd was very upset that we would consider violating Wikia's ToU, and has been blocking any user which has given any sign of being underaged since.
His immaturity is really shown in edits like this, where he is using his userpage to rant about what other people think about him. Again, not something that a mature admin should be doing.
During his time as an admin, he has had his rights removed and then replaced twice. He has gone "inactive" and come back a further two times. The most recent of these were so he could "cool down" - and again, admins shouldn't be getting hot-headed in the first place.
His most recent behaviour is enforcing the chat guidelines to the point of driving users away from the wiki. More importantly, though, is his attitude. I rarely see him talking with other humans as if they matter. More often, he pulls out his "holier than thou" attitude which he is so famous for, occasionally even using the fact that he is a Christian to say that he is better than the person he is arguing with. To Skd: I'm Christian too, and your actions in that regard offend me to no extent.

Anyhow, if anyone here actually hasn't witnessed Skd doing something, then ask me for more examples I guess. But the simple thing here is that these are not qualities I want in an administrator. It would be really sad if this request failed, and a low precedent was set from it.

Also, one more thing Skd; it's really sad that you don't see that most of the problems with chat come from your overzealous and ridiculous enforcement of the guidelines, as well as your terrible attitude and inability to interact with others in a positive manner.

I'd also like to point out Skdhjf's most recent edit summary to his userpage, here. Is this what a good, level-headed admin would do in this situation?

I would like to have a right to my own opinion. I think he is always trying to get stuff done here on Brickipedia. Agent Swipe^(talk)
I don't understand. In what way is he trolling? In a vote, users should be voting based on fact, and if the other side requests a reason as to why the user voted as such, the other user should do his/her best to give valid reasons instead of mild insults.

So actions like this are what we should be showcasing to the world as good behaviour on Brickipedia? As much as I don't like to over-rate adminship, new users quite often come to admins for help and admins are often seen as the face of the wiki - his unacceptable behaviour is, well, unacceptable, and removing his sysop bit might get him off of his high horse and back down to Earth. a jr 14:05, August 25, 2011 (UTC)

Another issue with allowing Skd to keep his tools is that we are setting a precedent which says that this type of behaviour is good, and what admins should be doing. Should admins be acting like he has been? I'd also encourage you to go through all of the links provided above, and really ask yourself - is this something that a level-headed admin should be doing? a jr 14:08, August 25, 2011 (UTC)
I know SKD hasn't necessarily been a "Good Admin", but rather than taking serious actions like this, we should give them a bit more of a change to change their behavior? - nxt 14:16, August 25, 2011 (UTC)
This has been going on since he became an admin. He said he'd stop after the first major incident - he hasn't. He's left on his own initiative twice to change - he hasn't. He's had plenty of chances, and as I said before, removing the sysop bit might make him take his actions a bit more seriously. a jr 14:20, August 25, 2011 (UTC)

I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet, for now I'm neutral. Honestly though, I don't think this user is using his admin well. Also, a question: If he lost his admin, would he still have chat mod? Just curious. -N B P 14:50, August 23, 2011 (UTC)
Considering how he has been abusing his chat mod rights, I suspect that no, he wouldn't have them given to him. In fact, a ban from the chat may be appropriate.

Oppose: I wholeheartedly support this. He's also been belittling users and treating them like young children as if teenagers and young adults are much less important than he is. He's also done a number of other things, and I must say that it is high time that this happened.

He treats me and other users like crap and I'm sick and tired of him threatening to block me for just talking about my hockey game/life/anything that doesn't have to do with LEGO.
