I think we need to partially redo the way we do the forums. Forums are fine for things such as "Major Revamp" or "Enable Extension:Chat", but what do we do with smaller things? I was going to for {{UserNominated}} to be adjusted so it can accomodate other nominations (that is just an example, not what the forum is for), but do I create a Forum, ask an admin or what? There are a lot of similar examples.
A possible solution would be to start more "Pinned Topics" (like the MoS proposals when viewed form Forum:Administration). For instance "Template Changes" and so on.

- I've always just made forums about random ideas and stuff. (Usually just in the Administration bit)
