→ No License |
I was trawling throughthe recent changes earlier, and I noticed copyright cats being given to articles. Fine. But after a little invenstigation I found two templates;
{{No license}}
{{None selected}}
Which one? They're both essentially the same. - nxt 17:30, June 28, 2011 (UTC)
- The
{{No license}}
is for when no one knows if there is even a legal copyright status; and the{{None selected}}
is used when the individual who uploaded the image did not put the appropriate copyright status, although there is one. Skdhjf(Talk!) 17:35, June 28, 2011 (UTC)- Ah, crud... I've been using {{No license}} when the author hasn't placed a license when they uploaded it. Looks like I've used the wrong one. All well, now I know which one to use from now on.
