Believe it or not, people actually appreciate these. However, I think the welcome template could use a lot of work. My personal favorite was the one I received when I first started, with the light green background. Personally, I believe better wording and lighter coloring would make a user feel much more welcomed. My main reason for writing up this forum is this: May I change the template? I mean fix it up a lot, a major overhaul. Please let me know. Also, how come no one ever uses the watercooler forum?
