The Skull Interceptor, which produces EMP bombs. The ship itself cannot be destroyed and will leave after a few moments.
The Hotrod Hover Bike, which can turn on red lasers between two wings on each side. When you bump into them, an aftereffect follows that is much like driving into the core of an EMP Bomb.
Lunar Limo can fire repeated Cluster Bombs, Mines, and rapid machine gun shots at the Raid VPR. You must destroy the Lunar Limo to advance to the next level.
What happens as the EMP Bombs explode. Later effects happen with the purple core of energy, spreading it out in a circle. The vehicles that drive into it are affected by purple electricity spreading over the ship. As you can see in the picture, the bomb can also affect the vehicles on the criminal side.
