The Heroes decide to rescue the Gorilla by disguising Rogon's truck as a fly and use it to distract the Spiders. The plan works and the Legend Beast dwells at Lavertus's base.

The Gorilla Legend is an animal that appears in Legends of Chima: The Animated Series.

Background

The Gorilla Legend is one of the few animals that did not drink the CHI from Mount Cavora and evolve into an anthropomorphic being.

In A Tangled Web, the Gorilla Legend Beast is revealed to have been captured by the Spiders, along with the Rhinoceros Legend. It was trapped in a thick mass of webbing, with numerous Spiders constantly working to replace the webs that it tore apart. The heroes decide to rescue the Gorilla by disguising Rogon's truck as a fly and use it to distract the Spiders. The plan works and the Legend Beast dwells at Lavertus's base.

Trivia

In the show Gorzan calls the Gorilla Legend, "Legend Dude", hinting it may be male, making the Gorilla, Eagle, Bear, Lion, Raven and Wolf Legends the only Legend Beasts to have known genders.
